We at UV Resins mainly serve the UV curable products related to Coating Industry, Ink Indusrty and various other application. UV Resins manufacturing is done at MPD Industry which is a sister company. MPD Industries are one of the largest manufactures of Resins in INDIA. The manufacturer location is in the Central India ( Indore ) and is very well connected by air, rail and road . It is ideally served in manufacture and distribution in the country and it is well connect to various ports in India. We at UV Resins have a good experience of more than 20 years in the coating industry. We have a national marketing network and have international tie-up for marketing our products globally. UV Resins is very active in development of new products to suit the requirements of valued customers.
Resin or synthetic resin is UV-curing liquid. The photosensitive resin can be cured by laser or light and thus transformed into a solid model. Resin 3D printers produce incredibly accurate prints which are compatible with a wide variety of materials and can produce parts relatively quickly. These precision machines used to cost very high, but in recent years 3D printers have become very cheap. The liquid resin is exposed at the desired locations with the 3D printer, curing the resin. This technique makes it possible to produce components with high surface quality and very high level of detail. Resins have several material properties that are the advantage it has. So you can use the right Resin for every need.
DLP projectors create an image of a layer by shining light through a lens to a DMD, which must then direct the light to the bottom of the resin tank. The light coming from a DLP projector must expand from a small source to cover a wide area.
This essentially means wide models have an increased chance of having distorted pixels at their edges. The number of pixels on a DLP projector is the same regardless of the size of the print. That means smaller and narrower prints can have higher precision than wider prints done on the same DLP printer. It is important to keep in mind that distortion is corrected on more professional devices, which have better quality components. It is ideally considered to be used for small print sizes only.

LCD 3D printers use an array of UV LCDs as a light source. The light from the flat LCD panels shines directly, in a parallel manner onto the build area. Because of this light is not expanded therefore, pixel distortion is less of an issue with LCD printing. What this means is that the print quality of an LCD printer depends on its LCD density. The more pixels it has, the better the print quality.
